Delivery and Returns


  • We deliver all over India and beyond
  • We take 2-3 days to dispatch the order.
  • 3-4 additional working days are required to dispatch customized orders
  • The order shall be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch
  • Call us, text or write a mail if you have any queries related to the delivery of the order.


  • It is all right if you have changed your mind, we will support you in the best way possible.
  • If you wish to return/exchange your order, please inform us within 7 days of order receipt,
    so that the return request can be processed. We will pick up the package after the request has been processed.
  • The refund will be processed within 3/4 days after we have received the items back. Note: Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if you're opting for refund in the form of store credits you'll get the entire amount without any Delivery/Shipping charge deduction.
  • You can log your return request by sending us an email/ whatsapp with your order details.
  • There is no return/exchange policy for Comforters/fillers and custom orders. Although, you can call us if there is an extraordinary situation with your custom order. We promise we will hear you out.
  • It is needless to say that the articles returned must be in good condition with all the labels intact. Linen On Me will not accept the return of articles that have been damaged after the delivery.
