Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- We deliver all over India and beyond
- We take 2-3 days to dispatch the order.
- 3-4 additional working days are required to dispatch customized orders
- The order shall be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch
- Call us, text or write a mail if you have any queries related to the delivery of the order.
- We do our absolute best to keep things running smoothly, but occasional delays may happen sometimes due to courier issues, weather conditions, a sudden surge in orders, or brief inventory updates.
Returns
It’s absolutely all right if you’ve changed your mind we’ll support you in the best way possible.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can process your request. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup of the package.
Refunds are processed within 3–4 days after we receive the returned items.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method, and for COD orders, please share your bank account details with us for processing.
To initiate a return, simply email or WhatsApp us with your order details.
Please note:
- Delivery/shipping charges
are non-refundable. However, if you choose to receive your refund in the form of store credits, you’ll get the full amount without any deduction. - Orders above ₹20,000 are not eligible for bank account refunds and can only be refunded in the form of store credits.
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched and will have to be returned in line with our return policy.
- There is no return or exchange on Comforters, Fillers, Bedcovers, or Custom Orders. However, if there’s an exceptional situation with your custom order, please reach out — we promise to hear you out.
- Returned articles must be in good condition with all labels intact. We will not be able to accept items that have been damaged or used after delivery.
- We do our best to deliver on time, but occasional delays due to courier or unforeseen issues are beyond our control and can’t be considered a reason for cancellation, return, or refund.
