Delivery and Returns

Delivery

  • We deliver all over India and beyond
  • We take 2-3 days to dispatch the order.
  • 3-4 additional working days are required to dispatch customized orders
  • The order shall be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch
  • Call us, text or write a mail if you have any queries related to the delivery of the order.
  • We do our absolute best to keep things running smoothly, but occasional delays may happen sometimes due to courier issues, weather conditions, a sudden surge in orders, or brief inventory updates.



Returns

If you'd like to return or exchange your order, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll arrange an at-home pickup for your convenience. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original labels intact.

Refund Options

Bank Refund: A minimal deduction for shipping and pickup charges already incurred will apply.

Store Credit: Receive the full amount with no deductions.
COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued only as store credits.

Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after we receive the returned items.

Orders above ₹20,000 are eligible only for store credit.

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched and must follow the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Comforters, fillers, bedcovers, and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. For any exceptional concerns regarding a custom order, feel free to reach out we’re always here to help.

Clothing

What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns of unused, non-sale items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact) within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Because each piece is made with thoughtful craftsmanship, we do not offer refunds on apparel unless there has been a fulfilment error such as an incorrect or missing item. Please note that we allow one return or exchange request per order.

At-Home Collection

You can request an at-home pick-up for returns or exchanges here. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 working hours. A flat ₹200 will be deducted from the final credit note for all returns.
