DELIVERY&RETURNS
DELIVERY • We deliver all over India and beyond. • We take 2-3 days to dispatch the order. 3-4 additional working days are required to dispatch customised orders. • The order shall be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. • Call us, text or write a mail if you have any queries related to delivery of order. RETURNS • It is alright if you have changed your mind, we will support you in the best way possible. • If you wish to return/exchange your order, please inform us within 7 days of order receipt, so that the return request can be processed. We will pick up the package after the request has been processed. • The refund will be processed after we have received the items back. Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable. • You can log your return request via your account on our website or you can send an email to us with your order details. • There is no return/exchange policy for custom orders. Although, you can call us if there is an extraordinary situation with your custom order.
